Your business doesn’t have to settle for just one type of loyalty offering. With the Loyalty Bus platform you can Mix and Match any number of programs and run them at the same time. Have one card or account number shared across unlimited loyalty programs or multiple independent businesses.

Point-based programs are the workhorses of customer loyalty. They have the most flexibility, allowing you to define how many points your customers get based on how much they spend, how many points are needed for each reward, and even let you specify promotions that can add a certain number of points, or increase or reduce points earned by a certain percentage. Once your account is created, you can manage the program or get a specialist customer loyalty marketing company to do it on your behalf.

A classic. This program lets you reward your customers based on the number of times they purchase or earn individual products, product lines, or services, with the same product. Just like those familiar coffee house, “Buy 9 cups of coffee, get the 10th free” programs. Except without the hassle of paper cards, hole punchers, stamps, etc. This can also be used for Service Memberships.

Often used to track Gift Cards, this program allows you to add and deduct money from a customer’s virtual account. Although it can be used as a straightforward as a gift card program, you can also use it to keep track of pre-payments for a service series, monies owed, expense accounts or allowances.

Allows you to define rewards based on the number of interactions your customers have with your business (rather than money spent). For example, how many times they come to visit, how many times they do something, etc.
Offer your own rewards from your own products or services, or just about anything else.
Define as many reward levels as you want (ie: 7 events = Free Service).

This program style allows you to reward your customers by giving them a monetary reward for each interaction with the business or organization, to be redeemed for products or services. It’s a bit of a hybrid between a Stored Value (Gift Card) program and an Action-Based program. Ex: reward customers for referrals, employees for extra tasks, kids for doing chores, etc.
